Not fully integrated with iOS

Works great in the app.

Makes no sense why the app does not integrate with iOS file manager app. It Means you cannot attach files. Onedrive has this capability and Considering SharePoint is the corporate version it doesn’t make sense.

Great app but a 👎🏼 on this particular point

Won’t Open

I used to use the app a lot, then 2 updates ago it started crashing on load. If I delete the app and reinstall it, it opens, but my employer protects the content of Microsoft apps with pin access by default, so it tells me it needs to restart. After restart, it doesn’t get past the main SharePoint logo before crashing. I also can’t seem to get the app to log out. As soon as I install it, it picks up my Microsoft creds from other Microsoft apps installed (I assume), logs me straight in, forces the restart and crashes. So I have no way of filing a report in the app and no way of getting support to resolve it. Waited for another update and still no luck.

Account issues unfixable with reinstall

This app, when functioning is great.

However, I have just been through the process of removing a legacy tenant from
my phone - from all my Microsoft apps, yet still every single time I try to login to the app (using my personal tenant rather than my employers tenant) it sends me in a loop between the authenticator app and the portal sign in page for my employers tenant - I can periodically get it to login to my personal tenant, but minutes later the same issue occurs again.

Deleting the app doesn’t work - it clearly is leaving residue behind that being iOS I have no way to clean, and also when it is in a working configuration I cannot remove the legacy account (or rather if I do it doesn’t help the next time the app is open).

Obviously I have uninstalled this app as I can’t use Microsoft’s excellent feedback tool in an app I cannot login to, but frankly something is very broken with the account handling in this application.
