Feeling calmer for every day and sleeping much better

I absolutely love the variety of classes, although I come back to some over and over. Seems to be something for everyone.
After a while I've felt that the routine of doing a short or medium long guided meditation daily has become a pleasure instead of a sort of chore...

I tried meditation before without guidance but always felt it's easier and more 'connecting' to have a guide.

Also sleeping better and better which really is amazing because I've struggled with insomnia since 2020 (and in periods sleep too much)!

I feel a sort of calm and mental clarity now at my job and find myself able to focus more, and to stop procrastinating asked much or getting "stuck" in a certain mindset or problem I'm working on (I'm a programmer).

Highly recommended!

Stick with it

All this mindfulness is very new to the middle age person. It’s always been very much a just deal with it sort of life for us.
I’m finding the classes are helping to think in a different way. It’s not always easy but the more you do the more you find yourself using the technique with that little voice we all have in our heads.
Stick with it.

Best app!! The only one that works for me!

I am not going to lie, I am a hard sale when it comes to mindfulness and looking after my mental health! Yet, MindLabs has worked absolute wonders! I use this app both for long sessions depending on my mood, as well as for quick sessions during working hours as a way to keep my stress in check - thanks you MindLabs team!! So far I am obsessed with Anne-Sophie and Jamie!
