So, what is new in this release? We loooove feedback here at MindLabs!
- You can now show your love for the MindLabs app by quickly and conveniently rating it from the app directly, it takes two taps and it really means the world to us!
- We know you've been asking for more ways to create accounts with us and you don't need to look any further than this release, you can now use Google to create accounts in a breeze.
- We're continually improving minor UI fixes here and there and we hope these make your app experience even smoother.

Stick with it

All this mindfulness is very new to the middle age person. It’s always been very much a just deal with it sort of life for us.
I’m finding the classes are helping to think in a different way. It’s not always easy but the more you do the more you find yourself using the technique with that little voice we all have in our heads.
Stick with it.

Best app!! The only one that works for me!

I am not going to lie, I am a hard sale when it comes to mindfulness and looking after my mental health! Yet, MindLabs has worked absolute wonders! I use this app both for long sessions depending on my mood, as well as for quick sessions during working hours as a way to keep my stress in check - thanks you MindLabs team!! So far I am obsessed with Anne-Sophie and Jamie!

Wonderful app but is there a way to disable the music?

I’m still on the initial trial but I can already see this is a terrific app. I love the variety of lessons and the differing teachers and I can see this is going to be immensely useful.

One small thing - is there a way to disable the music during a class? I find it quite distracting which isn’t ideal during meditation 😊
