This app is sooo deserving of 5 stars! , as someone going through a really ruff time with anxiety, having so many useful resources in one app is just so beyond helpful. The ‘taking action’ tab is something I would highly recommend checking out if you are feeling stuck as it actually gives you actionable steps to help u move forward one step at a time, which honestly is so rare for mental health apps . Although I am still struggling to push through my anxiety I’m very optimistic about continuing to use this to help me even just become abit calmer . Best app for anxiety
This app is great . There are these sort of meditation guide voice things and it really relaxes me when I’m stressed out . Just press chill zone to access it . You can write goals , challenges with a prediction then write your outcome , and everyday it asks you how you feel so that you can record it and asks your anxiety levels , why you feel how you feel and much more . This app also gives you tips for staying healthy and staying stress free. Best app for stress . Download today . You don’t need to pay at all and this app helps be comfy and tired before bed and I wake up feeling the best
This is really cool!
I have been recovering from depression and anxiety disorder and I was recommended to this app. It’s really quick and easy to use and lighthearted which makes it quite fun to use. The illness itself is so hard sometimes that anything like this that can help us to stop for a few minutes and re focus in times of need has got to be a positive thing. Keep up the good work! X
