This is really cool!
I have been recovering from depression and anxiety disorder and I was recommended to this app. It’s really quick and easy to use and lighthearted which makes it quite fun to use. The illness itself is so hard sometimes that anything like this that can help us to stop for a few minutes and re focus in times of need has got to be a positive thing. Keep up the good work! X
Although i haven’t been diagnosed with anxiety, the times i do fee worried or stressed this helps me determine the root of my problem and learn to take time for myself.
As well as helping me i also use it to educate myself on anxiety so i can better empathise with those who have it, using the ‘learn’ tab.
There are many little features which aren’t necessary, but very convenient such as ‘tools’ and ‘goals’.
I think this app is VERY high quality and would definitely recommend it. It’s great to help you ground yourself and know what to do when you feel overwhelmed, rather than panicking.
I would like there to not be a character limit. I always just turn on the microphone and vent, to see that most hasn’t been written. I do this because i often talk to myself about these things in the mirror; I’ve read that it’s better to get it in writing, which I can’t really do
This is making me feel a lot better! It feels good to get it off my chest and you don’t have to tell anyone or worry about them finding it in a journal! I have really enjoyed it so far it lets you keep your diary private or you can share it with other MindShift users! And even better it is free!! I highly recommend this app!
