My review

This app is SO,SO helpful! whenever i’m feeling down or in a way that i feel as if i can’t talk to anyone about how i’m feeling i can go to this app. Yesterday, i felt absolutely terrible. i was sick and it sucked! i felt really annoyed and worried that i wouldn’t be able to get anything done at all including school work wich is really important. I went straight to this app and wrote about how i felt and it made me feel so much more comfortable to express how i’m feeling! And one of my favourite things about it is the fact that your thoughts and things that you write down sometimes get saved (on my device) and that way your parents/family members can see what your struggling to talk about and can help you! 👍

Useful to use

Useful app to use and of quite use however still feel like it could be improved a bit more, such as by having some more options to choose from within guided journal and even some examples included as a way to try and make it a bit easier thinking of the types of things which could get written about, some articles included to do with relationships with range of family members as well as within friendships and even an article to do with feelings such as experiencing temporary dip in mood after socialising and ideas of how it could try to be better managed as well as information throughout the app being written in easy to understand language and even simplified for a broad range of people to be able to understand, such as ones who could have learning disabilities/difficulties.

Great idea!

Loving this app! What a fantastic idea! If you’ve ever had CBT you’ll know how it can change everything for the better. However it can be difficult to use the techniques taught, often enough in life and can end up keeping them as therapy homework and doing them infrequently. I love the fact that now I can identify bad thoughts in real time and turn them on their head. It’s helping so much with my anxiety and making me a happier person. Give it a try! (I would recommend getting CBT from a licensed professional you feel connected with and then using this after a number or sessions or alongside for an extra boost rather than just this alone).
