Test - Take the PHQ-9 depression questionnaire and track your symptom severity over time
Video - Discover helpful YouTube videos that can improve your mood and behavior, from guided meditations to enlightening TED talks

All core features of this app are completely free to use. Pro Mode is an optional subscription that offers Export, Cloud Sync, and Passcode Protection features. Pro Mode is offered in two auto-renewing subscription options: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year.

Use this everyday
I use this app as a carry on from my CBT sessions as you are only allowed 12 of these at a time on the NHS and have to wait about 22 weeks from the point you actually request them! This app is literally my life saver, without it my mood and anxiety would have got out of control. I feel it puts things into perspective and makes you think about your situation in a different way. I highly recommend this.
I’ve had this app on my IPad for ages, never really used it. Nasty incident last night with the woman who calls herself my mother - found this app really good, it encouraged me to write about the incident, & think it through - I couldn’t sleep until 4am this morning, now feeling much better. Also good videos etc - very very useful, big thanks to the developers.
