The MiniMed™ Mobile app is not intended to replace the real-time display of continuous glucose monitoring or insulin pump data on the primary display device (i.e., the insulin pump). All therapy decisions should be based on the primary display device.

The MiniMed™ Mobile app is not intended to analyze or modify the continuous glucose monitoring data or insulin pump data that it receives. Nor is it intended to control any function of the connected continuous glucose monitoring system or insulin pump. The MiniMed™ Mobile app is not intended to receive information directly from the sensor or transmitter of a continuous glucose monitoring system.

Helpful to be able to see pump display without needing to look at pump but would be even more helpful if user was able to put freetext comments on which can then be reviewed by diabetes team at a later stage ( eg if a sudden spike in glucose ability to put a note on stating “had meal forgot to give insulin until after meal” ) which would help with interpretation as well as just being a visual display of what has happened

Now fully supports Apple Watch Ultra yay!

The watch app used to be pretty poor. I.e. it would display an SG reading once and pretty much not work after that. However, recent updates have vastly improved that and for me it now displays SG consistently and that’s great. The PROBLEM I have is that the Medtronic Complication for displaying SG is NOT selectable for ANY complication on the “Modular Ultra” watch face. This is a pain as being able to glance at your watch to see an SG reading is much much easier than having to find an then open an app. The reason I bought the Apple Watch Ultra is because of the larger screen being easier to read for my old eyes. But not being able to use the one watch face designed to take advantage of the bigger screen size is unbelievably annoying. Is it too much to ask that the Medtronic watch app complication be made to work on the default Ultra watch face?

Update 03 May 24: I discovered the latest update now works as a complication on the watch face specifically for Apple Watch Ultra - fantastic!

Lost the connection between the app on my phone and my carelink account and discovered it had not been uploading information for over 3 months - now I have lost a significant amount of data from my diabetic pump, which I assumed was stored by the carelink account as my pump and the app should automatically be uploading it…..but it isn’t! I only know because I randomly logged into my carelink account. Very very disappointing.
