Professional and very prompt running essentially on trust and honesty because of the way it’s built and managed. I feel completely comfortable and confident in the management of not only the accommodations and guests but also in the swift and proactive way in which you have dealt with COVID-19. This is reassuring from both a guest and an owners point of view it is done with minimal fuss but maximum effect and ensures the safety of all whilst also recognising the key workers and showing support. Dreadful app is badly letting down all the hosts
Terrible user interface - really clunky to navigate. Filters don’t filter correctly. Listing maps show locations incorrectly. Location choice must be from an address line in a listing (so you can’t search in, say, “South London” because that’s never used in any business address). Currency defaulted to EUR but I finally discovered I could change that.
EDIT: I have, since writing the original review, found the “show on a map” button... but this gives a view that’s both irritating and confusing - why do search results keep appearing and disappearing at the slightest map zoom or drag? However, I had previously penalised the app for not having this option at all. Having discovered that this was my own error, I’ve increased my star rating from 1 to 3. Apologies to anybody who was affected by my oversight. I’ll see if I can find a helpline number to add later, for anyone needing to talk about what they’ve been through as a result.
BACK TO LAST BIT OF ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Overall this feels like an app made on the cheap. I don’t expect it will be staying on my phone for very long and I certainly do not recommend it.
First booking, so easy and stay wonderful, will book again
Had a great booking experience and have had a lovely time. Will definitely book again. Also nice to feel part of a community when travelling.
