Fantastic but personal issues with game

This game is outstanding and has beautiful graphics. Would highly recommend if you have a curious and inquisitive mind. SPOILERS❗️❗️❗️❗️ However at some point in the game I am unable to progress. I mean that there is nothing for me to do to continue with the objective. It says that my objective is to unlock the workshop door and I have talked to Q but all he says is that he’s going to fix the window. On my map there is no exclamation mark to show where I should go either. I have watched multiple videos on how to pass but nothing seems to work. I have also clicked on everything and still nothing is happening, just Mrs Bird, Dr Kat and Q saying the same thing. I have not got an electronic key off anyone yet either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times to maybe refresh it but still the story is not continuing. If the developers of the game can help I would be very happy as I want to continue to play this wonderful game, Thanks Angel 😇

Graphics and story fantastic, energy utterly ridiculous!

I'm just throwing my tuppenceworth in to echo the sentiments of countless previous reviewers. The game is challenging but not impossible. Graphics are lovely and the story is interesting, but the money grab by developers is shameful. I wouldn't mind paying a fixed fee for the entire game, and would probably be more inclined to buy energy if I felt the offers were value for money, but they're just not. Out of curiosity I purchased one of the Halloween offers, which was £3.99 or so for 500 energy. Many of the actions need 40 or so, meaning the purchased energy gave me maybe another five or ten minutes of play. And I won't even entertain their cost for hints! Over £5 for SIX hints! Even if you want to watch a video to earn a hint, you actually need to watch THREE videos! Watching their adverts takes more time than you get to play the game.
I know that the developers of this game have no interest in fixing this, but I cannot begin to understand their logic. Setting a fee to access the whole game would draw far better reviews, and therefore more subscribers. These devs are also not alone in this kind of extortionate pricing, but it seems so short sighted. I'd much rather take £8 or so from 1000 people and leave them feeling like they'd got value for money, than 1000 people scrabbling to pay through the nose for a paltry few energy. Speculate to accumulate seems to be a foreign concept for these games. Such a shame.

Waste of time, just asks for money constantly

I really enjoyed the game in terms of mystery and story, but, like many of the games by the same company, you run out of energy like every 30mins. I even paid almost £7 upfront in an attempt to avoid this, but that only bought me less than an hour of game play. Shocking!!! I would much rather get an upfront one-off charge after 15/30mins of playing or alternatively get the option to watch adverts I order to progress, but to just pause the game unless you pay is frustrating to say the least. I just find when I have to wait for my energy levels to restore I get bored and just delete the app (just like I just did for this one) the gameplay isn’t THAT compelling to keep me coming back. I’m going to avoid games by the same company going forward - it’s just not worth it. Plus, minor thing but, it annoys me when a character is supposed to be in an emergency situation and then the game creator presents you with a hidden object puzzle - explain why do they constantly put the object that you need to progress the story (eg ice pack or scissors) right at the start of the hunt?? Why would your character keep looking through random stuff like watermelons or elephants if they already have the thing they need urgently. At least make it one of the last things they need to search for in the hunt haha. Silly but it’s the attention to detail players appreciate- especially if your paying up to £32 (as quoted in this game - nuts!!!)
