Missing information!
On my online account at my Eurotunel i have input my personal details and other family members API details as well as vehicle! When i log into the account nothing shows up only add new vehicle or API! Also for some reason i keep getting “not Authorised” when on Home tab!

Hi there, it sounds like there was an issue retrieving your account details (the “Not authorised” error). This should be working again if you want to try again. We hope to release a fix to improve this in the coming weeks.
Fantastic app
This is how you build an excellent mobile app. Usually apps are a worse version of the website , this one has much better information than the website, all your booking details, live departure boards with notifications for your train, pet details, delays all in one place!
Massive scam
Does not work… for the price you pay your ticket that’s absolutely unacceptable. The digital experience is awful, we’re in 2021, people uses mobile more computers, and that’s what you give them?! You should be massively ashamed!
280£ for a round trip during a non peak period, and I can’t check in or check my trip on the app?! It’s not like I have a choice because I need to come back to France with the dog, but I despise you a lot. If you have a few spare minutes, try to Google “digital transformation”, and you may learn a few things.
