myJanusHenderson is an investment platform for monitoring your Janus Henderson UK OEIC and ISA investments.
Once you have registered for an online account at https://my.janushenderson.com, you will be able to start investing and managing your existing investments in your UK OEIC and ISA online. In addition, you will be able to download this mobile app to keep track of your portfolios on the go, by:
- viewing your combined portfolio value in real time;
- tracking overall performance of each of your portfolios;
- viewing your individual holdings; and
- viewing the transaction history for each of your portfolios.

Terrible new app
Really! I have to 100% agree with the “just awful” review. This app has not been tested or developed properly. Face recognition does not work and it makes you log in fresh every single time. A total joke which downgrades the previously excellent app to something that simply does not function. Log-on is such a basic and simple thing to get right. Please update this app as a matter of urgency!

Nice design and easy to use
I prefer this to the previous version. I had to re-register to use it, but that was simple enough. I like the new designs and it looks like I can do more on the new version of the app.

Just awful
I just have to write to complain about the new app.
You couldn’t have made it less convenient to use.
I just wish to check my valuation daily.
Every other app on iPhone allows for face recognition. Yours says it does, but it does not work.
The app does not remember logon id. It does not remember password. It does not remember face recognition request. It then demands a six digit confirmation on the same phone used every day. It does not then allow the Apple “paste” function for this number, which re-instigates the process afresh.
It doesn’t have any settings management function to confirm or amend any of the above.
Worst app ever.
