The only training that they get is How to speak fast enough with people so they don’t understand the conditions and how to hook people with false promises and half truths. I’m really hoping they’ll get bankrupt soon and the company sets fire. The people in there have no morals for taking advantage of people like this. They never tell you how much are the fees that you’ll have to pay if you want to end the contract (your monthly payment times the number of months left from the contract eg. 40£x 24months=960£ )
OUTRAGEOUS!! I never seen a policy like this at any company ever! Biggest scam that I ever encountered!!
I have the same problem as everyone, I can’t log into the app, I was told I will pay 32.5£, but I’m being charged 39£, apparently VAT which was not mentioned.
The minutes aren’t even unlimited (they are limited to “fair usage”-so they can rip you off some more)

Was 18 months into a 3 year contract with O2 who I’ve been happy with for years, after a phone call where they make it all sound great they read out the T&Cs very quickly while making you read something on a screen so you can take it in. Ended up with a new 3 year contract with my existing phone for more money I was paying and getting less data / minutes / signal and customer service than I had before. I should say no customer service. I hope the owner of this fake company gets what’s coming their way

I’d rather take a number 2 in my hand and clap, than give this company another penny of my money. After 3 years of being tied in to 4 extortionately over priced phone contracts next month I finally get away from this company. Never ever again will I make the stupid costly mistake of agreeing to something over the phone. Promised the earth and delivered me nothing, and then once cancellation period has lapsed they got you and there’s no getting out.
