MyT connected services are only available on selected 2019 Toyota models.
This minor version fixes a bug where the text during activating a car was displayed incorrectly.

Toyota Playing Catch up
The MyT app seems to be Toyota playing Catch-up with the likes of Volvo and BMW with their connected services but have a way to go. BMW allow users to check their cars are locked and lock them via the app remotely if not. They can also link to calendar apps to transmit to location of the next appointment to the Satnav. Volvo allows the driver to check the Odometer reading remotely when submitting their mileage. A good move in the right direction by Toyota but it needs more work.
Can’t log in
I’ve set up an account recently but when I tried to log in today intending to verify my car when my V5C arrived from the post, I am unable to log in. When I tried the change my password, it doesn’t recognise my email address and yet when I tried to create a new account, it said that the email address was registered!
When using a different email address to register again, I’ve got an error message!
Maybe the site was down ? Hopefully I can login later.
I was having trouble sending routes to my car as it was shown sent but it didn’t show up in my car.
Would be helpful if there’s more instructions videos online.
Review of service at handover of new car
Excellent service at RPG Rochdale yesterday at handover of my new car. First, Debbie came to welcome us and ask if we would like a warm drink. Very nice lady, warm and friendly put me at ease.
Kept us going during the waiting for paperwork etc. with further drinks. Trish who did the handover was also very warm and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to all for making the whole experience easy and friendly.
