The myenergi app is the centre of your myenergi ecosystem and a must for anyone who uses our eco smart products.
It provides a simple, visual dashboard to allow you to see just how your devices are working hard to reduce your energy cost and carbon footprint. The app seamlessly connects to all of your myenergi devices, giving you full control and access from anywhere in the world.

Used to be so good, seems to constantly freeze now
When we downloaded this app about a year ago, it wasn’t the most intuitive to set up but once it was done it was fantastic. We could switch our Zappi between eco & eco+ settings and stop it charging when we were at the other end of the country. We could see exactly what our usage was and our solar generation. Now it’s rubbish - we left our car charging via our solar panels whilst we went away for a weekend and couldn’t turn it off. The front page schematic never seems to work properly even tho the data seems to be there in the background. It freezes every time I try and change the Zappi setting. The MyEnergi products are absolutely brilliant but the App is really failing the whole setup now! Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Great Customer Support.
Ok, so you hope you never have to contact a company for support. But after four happy years I had a glitch and needed their help.
WOW! 5 stars to the Zappi team (Shout out to LILY). Best customer service in ages. I phoned up and spoke to someone who said they would get me a call back from technical. They phoned back when they said they would. Looked into the issue from their end and sent someone to fix it (no charge). I am all back up and running. It felt like they cared, wanted to put it right as soon as they could and were sorry I had a problem.
The installer said he has fitted lots of different car chargers but said Zappi were his favourite as they are just so much better than the others.
Oh re the App it works as it should :-)
Brilliant
I had a Zappi fitted last week. The Zappi and the app have exceeded expectations.
Once set up, I am now able to plug my car in and the Zappi will charge on solar when available, switch itself off when no generation and then wait for Octopus Go tariff in the night. I don’t need to do anything.
Once you’re used to the app, it’s a triumph of simplicity and clarity. All the information concerning how much you’ve used, generated and exported is clearly shown in coloured graphs. You can also easily override the settings for the Zappi (if you want to pre condition your car on a cold frosty morning for instance)
I had to ring the helpline once before I fully understood the app and they were easy to get hold of and very helpful.
