I like it’s information, stats and graphs! A huge improvement on the previous versions but it is lacking details I would expect when purchasing additional clamps to monitor a battery for example. The clamp is there the live data is there but there in no historic data. My battery charging shows as house consumption. A little disappointed to be honest.

Car didn’t charge last night so now have to wait, not happy. The App lies about which mode the zappi is in. I changed it from stopped to eco+ ready for my normal times overnight boost only for it to have stayed in stop mode. Seems that when you change mode via the app it will show the change on the app whilst you have it open. but it won’t of changed on the device and when you close the app and go back onto it again it will have reverted you have to change it multiple time and refresh the app to get the mode change to take effect.
Have had the app since launch as on the FREED trial, app has worked fine in the past

It took some setting up, had to go through several software updates on hub, Eddi and Harvi. The app now works but I don’t get home consumption or generation yet, need to call support again as based on other reviews I seem to be missing something. Reserving judgement while I try to get it all working. Otherwise I‘m very pleased to be able to see how much energy is going to heat up my hot water. Can’t wait to get my Zappi installed. The support guys are very knowledgeable and super helpful.
