I’m a 60 something person still in work. Unfortunately having to use this site by force as. NHS has adopted it as our training site among other things. Couldn’t use it on my iPhone plus large screen as font too small. So went into work in my own time to use PC, (no pc or laptop at home). Even on a pc, this has to be the most user unfriendly site I’ve come across! Programme timing out whilst watching training modules, having to sign back in each time; modules not completing, even though I used correct home button; no obvious click buttons to navigate from one page to the next etc. There is one good thing though, getting into payslips is easy. This would not be a site of choice!Not rated so no stars sadly. Maybe rate after the ‘major refurb’ if easier to navigate? NB: can’t even review without giving a star rating!

Unable to navigate -despite repeated attempts to do so - reliably to the TRS section. Then, about 10% of times, using exactly the same details and technique it works: but then only gives access to a small section of the statement seems to be visible.The on-line modules for education seemed to link to very clumsy websites that are impossible to use: this may be something specific to my employer (where it is used for mandatory training - despite its title very very few people may ever be able to use it.By the way, although I am aged over 55, I regularly use all sorts of apps which may have much more complex data and security requirements without any significant difficulty: this app is really in a class of its own. One out of five is unfortunately the lowest score that one can award.

Just had an app upgrade and there is nothing there anymore! Everything has gone. The app was fantastic for checking everything eg pensions, annual leave, attendance record, mandatory training, wage slips but it’s all gone just a load of information about the owners of the site and building a form! Useless app now and I’m very sad about it!!!Update- downloaded upgrade and all fantastic again. Love this app use it a lot to check everything from holidays to wage slips to when I can retire

Downloaded this app thinking it would be a means of accessing a mobile friendly version of ESR, and E-learning would be easily completed on a phone (as ESR/E-learning itself on a mobile is awful due to small font and screens too busy with info). How wrong I was. All this app does is takes you to the main webpages of ESR! Each selection gives a warning message about accessing a page outside of the app then redirects you to the webpages! What a pointless exercise. Basically this app is just all the shortcuts put in one place. Its been deleted less than 10 minutes after first opening. Could be so much better if able to produce a mobile friendly facility for E-learning/ESR. Back to a desktop for now.
