iPhone 12 Pro Max - using to do doc upload for job.

Got through to the bit where it was asking me to scan my passport nfc chip. Pressed to do so and it just got stuck repeatedly saying I don’t have the app and to download and then come back. Thankfully a previous reviewer had posted up their advice that you will need to start again, shut the app completely by swiping up from bottom of screen and closing and then restart your phone. Once I did that it worked, although for the passport chip part you have to put your phone against the photo page. Seems as though plenty of others having issues with this app, and this might help someone else in the future. If the app worked as it should do then great idea, but this is a pretty major bug that will presumably throw a lot of people.

This app is so frustrating! I even called Trust ID for help today, they explained that it needs to be connected via a chrome browser (rather than safari which is on my iPhone) it did connect once but since the one time it worked it just will not connect! Ive tried more than 20 times! I agree with the previous review, why does the NHS use this when it’s rubbish?! Very frustrating. I will probably need to drive 45minutes to show my documents instead🙄😠

Tried many time to get pass selfie stage only to hit error that the camera did not work even though it took a picture of my passport!
Found that if you open the open in Safari, the camera will not work despite giving access so best to change the default internet setting to Chrome or Google where you should find it working ok
