NHSP:Connect allows locum doctors to search for and book shifts via an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. NHSP:Connect is provided by NHS Professionals an organisation wholly owned by the Department of Health and a leading provider of locum doctor services to the National Health Service (NHS) in England.

Shockingly rubbish!
Don’t call it an NHS professionals app when you only represent one group in the NHS - namely dr’s. You simply disenfranchise other qualified professionals who cannot log in.
As for your previous developers response for other staff groups to use my:bank app, not surprisingly, it takes you back to this rubbish.
Sort it out !
Is this NHSP app for doctors only?
Downloaded this app as registered with NHSP while still studying nursing. However, my login details which I use on my laptop are apparently incorrect on this app. Moreover, got super confused when clicked on the app support button in apple store. It took me to the NHSP doctors direct site what sort of indicates that this app is for doctors only. That would explain why my login isn't working as I work as HCA.

Can’t even log in.
My correct details are apparently incorrect for the app yet seem to work fine on the website.
Is anyone going to address this issue as looking at previous comments it’s been going on for a long time
