Contains some good information but certainly not complete. For example, if hospital submits a pre-approval request, there is no way of seeing the request in the app.

Buggy, really an example of a bad app

The end result is a clear win for Axa.... You will submit less claims as the app has always some sort of issues. Sometimes it does not connect... Sometimes the dates will not populate... Sometimes it forgets who you are.

Access

Not able to access a previous claim - presented with a blank screen, with a + in the top left corner.
When selecting “Submit a claim” I am again presented with the blank screen, with the + in the top left corner.
