Description
The Abbott Insertable Cardiac Monitor (ICM) is a slim profile device which continuously monitors your heart rhythm and automatically records events of interest as configured by your healthcare provider. The myMerlin™ app securely and proactively transmits information per a schedule set by your healthcare provider. The app’s intuitive user-friendly interface allows you to record symptomatic events, view past and upcoming transmissions and helps you stay connected with your healthcare provider. This makes it easier for your healthcare provider to obtain information about your heart’s rhythm. Some ICM device models include the ability for the device monitoring settings to be updated remotely by a healthcare provider.
This app will only function once paired with an Abbott Insertable Cardiac Monitor, an implantable device available via prescription only.

Updated app today
I have been using the app since I had the implant in February 2022. Recently I had a recall to hospital to discuss the situation and it was confirmed that my AF is permanent and will require treatment. I had few symptoms to record but the unit did it all. My only gripe with this new app version is that the history doesn’t show my recordings only that an automatic check had been completed. Can I have my history back please?

I don’t want to rate currently since I just downloaded and it isn’t working
I had my procedure earlier today and I’ve not been able to log in, it’s saying registration not found. I will call tomorrow to try and fix but the demo looks good and clever technology. Rating 5 starts so I do not knock the score unfairly.
I hope we can get it up and running.
