Ridiculous……used to work now doesn’t!!
App asked to be upgraded this morning so set it running, now up to 2.1.0. Tried to charge at home and won’t connect to either car, I’m stuffed if can’t change from home at 14p KW, I’m not paying street prices. Sort it out or I’ll sue you for my additional costs!!!! No wonder it’s only one star and I’m a shell user for utilities and a shareholder, get it sorted now.
Useless
This app is useless.
Initially had 4 cards pre added. No chance to check card numbers. Tried to add another card. Seemed to be added, however couldn't start charging. Tried to remove all cards, but they always came back.
It can only connect via Bluetooth
Useless
I connected to my charge point with the app when I had the charge point installed and it worked ok for a few days. I came to lock the charger when I went on holiday so no one could steal electricity and it wouldn’t connect. Hasn’t connected since!
