Not enjoying

Waited weeks upon weeks to be accepted … then when I got accepted the process is so long… I thought it was going to be an easy process beep the package and done but you have to fill in everything weight etc… apparently you have to call them to get your rewards , it don’t even show what you can get for your rewards so when do I call… I’ve had to block a few numbers now because they will not stop ringing me constantly 3 times a day no lie… what the hell…

Review not showing

I struggled to keep on top of this and the app wasn’t really user friendly.I motioned to claim anything that I might have earned when I tried to close my account but Neilson didn’t have me registered and they never sent an email confirmation when I unsubscribed. This has been a complete waste of my time.
*update* I was registered to the app initially. Before I closed the app I was contacted by a member of your team because I hadn’t registered a shop for a while. I was out of work, trying to secure work so didn’t have time for anything else; I definitely didn’t have time to use an app that needed a photo of my receipts PLUS an upload of each individual item. Nobody has time for that in a normal working week.
I explained to the Nielsen ID team member that it would be best for me to cancel, and as I was pushed for time, I had to leave the call there. The team member did say something as I ended the call but it was too late.
I tried to to find out how to cancel, and to check if I had any loyalty rewards from my activity in January, but it was not possible.
This is all the info the I can impart. Please don’t offer me any help.

To clarify: the removal process requires identity validation other than panelist ID, an essential step to make sure they are the owner of the account indeed. It seems like our heldesk operator wasn't able to carry out the request as this part was missing.

App no longer working on iPhone

Been using the Consumer Panel App since August 2022 on my iPhone 6 with no glitches until now. Went to scan shopping yesterday and could not get into the App to do so. Telephoned the helpline and advised to delete the App and that new emails would be sent to me with re-registration details, etc, which I received this morning. I’ve tried re-installing the Consumer Panel App on my iPhone 6 (IOS version 12.5.7) but it just sticks on iPhone at the first page asking me to select the country I’m in and won’t go any further. Have managed to download the App successfully onto my iPad - just as well I can afford to also own an iPad or else I would have no choice but to cancel my membership.
I can only assume there is a problem with the update that was made to the Consumer Panel App 3 days ago, which does confirm the updated version is still compatible with the iOS version on my iPhone 6. I hope this will be investigated and rectify.
