Great idea, difficult to use
Very easy to accidentally book more than 1 taxi and the cancel button doesn’t appear to work.
Great idea just needs some work. Hope this feedback is constructive.

I recently updated the app from SRC to the umbrella name of One Call which basically is SRC, EXCELL, A1 and All The Fives taxis under one name. There’s some other smaller firms too. It works well. Like every taxi company, taxi drivers are self employed and at certain times taxis become difficult to obtain. This is something no taxi company can control. It’s frustrating when you have to be somewhere but good planning and thinking about the time of day. School run etc, the weather, football match. Anything like this can delay despatch of a vehicle but I’ve always found that they will come and even if I get frustrated about waiting, the same thing happens with other taxi companies too.
Most of the time, I order a taxi and it’s arrived within 5 minutes. The option to pay by card is cool too.
Being linked with other taxi companies means they’ve got the city covered. North to South, centre to Kirkby etc. That’s something that didn’t happen until they all merged under one name.
Taxi was despatched and then cancelled by the firm almost immediately. It was so quick between despatch and cancellation, it hadn’t even had time to show how far away the taxi was/how long it would be. After calling them up, they said the taxi had been to the address but had left because no-one was there. I don’t know whether it did show up or not because the app certainly didn’t show this and no texts were received to say it was here (which are normally sent). Had to wait an additional 20 mins for a rebooked taxi as they wouldn’t prioritise the booking because they said a car had already been. If firms are going to rely on technology rather than the old-fashioned (but perhaps more reliable) beep on arrival, then they at least need to make sure the technology works and take some responsibility if it doesn’t.
