Description
The official iPhone App for DELTA TAXIS Merseyside.
This 2023 release enables registered users to book HIGH PRIORITY TAXIS direct through Delta’s dispatch system with the following new features:
NEAREST PLACES - uses the iPhone’s built-in GPS to determine the closest pickup places near to you and lists them for you to pick one.
ENTER ADDRESS / ENTER PLACE OF INTEREST – enables you to manually enter your pick-up location by tapping direct into Delta Taxis very own street directory / places of interest.
LIVE TRACKING – shows your assigned Delta Taxi homing in to collect you live on apple maps.
FARE ESTIMATES – after entering pick-up and destination details, a fare estimate will be displayed for an approximation of the journey price (please note this is a guide only and not a quotation)
FAVOURITE LOCATIONS – Personalise your favourites list with all your regular pick-up points for easy 1-click entry.
BOOKING HISTORY AND RECEIPTS – Details all your previous bookings to assist with after-sales enquiries.

Can't even set up an account on iPhone 15 pro. Unresponsive app and the no dynamic scrolling so that you can submit the details to set the account up.

Not accessible for users of VoiceOver screen reader who are blind. I had to resort to using a browser to make a booking.
Owe me money
I rang up to cancel my booking and I still got charged £29 like what do I even do
