Great site
This site is well laid out and very easy to navigate. The images are fantastic quality and easy to enlarge, we’re you can see more detail of the images. I particularly like the flip feature without having to open a single page.
There are some limitations of properties that you may find on rival property sites, however I’m sure as people get to know and use this app, it will become even more popular.

Suggestions for improvement
Good overall user experience, particularly that you can put the range to 2 miles only (3 miles is too far a range in London but 1 mile is a bit limiting). Also like that you can deselect shared ownership and new builds. But there are still a load of things that come up I still need to filter out so some suggestion for improvements (in order of importance):
1. Add filter for auction properties. They are completely unsuitable for most buyers (as most people still use mortgages to buy). We should be able to deselect them.
2. Add a clearly visible option to report a post for not being accurate. Some sellers/agents aren’t selecting the correct options (so new build or retirement still show up even when you deselect). The agents doing that are clearly seeking to mislead and are wasting people’s time - so we should have an easy way of notifying admin that posts are incorrectly labelled. Placing it underneath the pictures can also deter the fraudsters who insist on doing this.
3. When searching for properties, add 14 days as an option (so not just 24 hours, 3 and 7 days).
4. Please add top floor flat. I see you now have ground floor flat. Younger people without children tend to like top floor as there is reduced noise. It would be good to be able to only see these).

Good site!!
I use this site a lot as I am looking for a house I can afford. It is well set out and includes all the information you need. Only negative, I would like to be able to delete my search history as there are places that I am no longer interested in. Can you add this to the app? If it’s already there, then someone tell me how please.
