We had a valuation for our house by an agent and was told that our house worth for only a small amount as it needed updating etc etc so was put off by purple brick BUT our neighbours had a valuation done by Keith Q Cross and were happy with the price suggested by him. We also spoke to keith about our concerns and he sorted it all out for us through the proper channels and so we started again with a new valuation.
Keith helped us with the process throughout and we were involved with all the advert prepartions after the photos were taken. Let us put our house on the market with the price we thought it was worth but making suggestions and letting us be the boss as he said . Sold our house within a month as viewngs started straight away and offer made and acceptd within the 15 days. Am Using the solicters and conyencing services suggested by Purple brick who are reasonable. Thank you Keith and Purple Brick!

They said my house was sold then 3 months later they ask me to drop the price £30,000 . Then they turn around and said I changed my mind . Put £50k down on another property , so now in a real problem. When I call to speak to someone from PB the answer is sorry I only got it passed to me now. And I’m sure 80% of the viewings that did turn up were fake . When I asked where they were from each time I got different answers from them. And everyone which did view the house were immigrants. No real buyers , something really going wrong . And the solicitor which purple bricks use always gave false information . We have the exchange of contracts drawn up . We have done so much work . I rang my mortgage company and they haven’t even been contacted once by the PB or the solicitor's which were saying to me we have everything in ready for exchange of contracts. Everything was done in house just trying to rip you off with a big bill even though the buyer pulled out of buying my house. I asked them can we sue for costs due to breach of contract purple bricks said no it happens all the time . Complete shambles from the start of downloading this stupid app.

I was dubious at first but have been very impressed from the first valuation meeting. Leanne was honest about the valuation which was based on sound research and meant we priced realistically. This was proven by the interest. Purple Bricks ran all the viewings and it was effortless on our part other than keep the house clean! Leanne and her team have been exceptionally helpful and kept us informed at all times through the process and sought feedback for each viewing. The app is very easy to use and put us in full control. Leanne was available at anytime and responded very quickly to questions and concerns. She and her team also helped to negotiate with our buyer. I can’t recommend Purple Bricks high enough. The business model makes it cheaper to sell your house. We received a personal service and I can’t see any downside of using Purple Bricks.
