Could be good

Crashes when selecting Suppliers tab. No options to define fields for invoicing e.g, no ability to add PO numbers to invoices. Needs more generally.

Useful app

I’ve been using Pandle for about 18 months. Most of the time I use the web-based interface on my laptop, but do use the App quite frequently too.

I run a small husband and wife consulting company, and our accounting needs are not immense. However we do work in multiple currencies, which involves multiple bank accounts and payment mechanisms, and Pandle takes them in its stride ... most of the time. (Bank feeds have been an issue this year, but on the plus side, they’ve added some of the newer banks, such as Starling, which when the feed works, is really helpful.)

Pandle is clearly a dynamic company. Changes and additions seem to come thick and fast, and almost all are positive and welcome. Using Pandle is free and they do a Pro option for far less than the big names offer. For our needs, this is fine.

Customer support is VERY responsive and if you use the IM chat during office hours, they seem to get back to you within 5-10 minutes.

This app doesn’t do everything, but the list of what it can do is growing. I’ve found it both stable and fairly intuitive.

Bank feeds not working and no option to decline the app recording everything I do on the app.

Bank feeds have not worked for the last 3 months, I am now 3 months behind with my accounts with no sign of issue being resolved. I am paying for a service that I am not getting and no one at pandle seems to know what’s going on. I also don’t want my every move being recorded while I am using the app, but if you don’t agree you can’t use it!!!

Hi there, we completely understand your frustration here. That was an error in judgement on our part, we have now rectified the screen recording situation with the latest update. We expect this to be live in the next 24 hours.

With regards to your bank feeds we do now have the main UK bank feeds up and running again. If you still cannot connect your account please jump onto the live chat and we will be happy to assist you.
