You can place the booking directly on our map, if travelling in a group or want an executive vehicle? Then select your preferred vehicle type and see how many available cars there are and the estimated time of arrival.

Securely enter your credit or debit card details and store them for future journeys. You will receive an email receipt for future reference.
Or if you are a current account holder with Panther Taxis you can place your booking on your account avoiding having to pay by cash or obtaining a receipt.
Furthermore, the Panther Taxis driven by Riide App can be used in multiple locations throughout the UK, including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and many more allowing you to use one App for your taxi journeys nationwide, with the added benefit of using your existing store card details or account.

6 passenger option + my last trip

I really appreciate that now the app has 6 person option . I used to struggle before to book for 6 person . I appreciate the cab driver as he drove back to home half the way as my aunt forgot to take her mobile phone .

I have one more suggestion, it would be great if there is option to select bigger vehicle like 6+ or 7 with bigger luggage options as it would be helpful for big families like mine for Airport transit

Disappointing

Although I had a seamless booking & journey experience to get to the doctors’ surgery at Newnham Walk , the same couldn’t be said for my return trip. Admittedly, I had to pick up some medication enroute to home, but even so it didn’t go well. Things did not start well when I tried unsuccessfully to book twice through the app, but it refused to process my payment , so I had to go through the receptionist. I asked her to tell your controller that I would be paying contactless but this wasn’t passed on as far as I could tell as the driver was surprised! There then followed a nightmare as repeated attempts to process the payment were unsuccessful and I then tried a Tesco ATM -again without success despite getting my universal credit money today.
The underlying point of this review is that the app needs more work doing on it. It shouldn’t reject two attempts to make payment.

Good journey

I have had lots of journeys recently by taxi from papworth, my experience has not always been good , turning up in at outpatients not admissions and hanging up on me. Only the last two drivers have worn masks although it is panther taxi policy.
Fares are many and varied -Papworth to Histon from £21 up to £28 no hold ups any time.
Some had round their chin ( why bother)
I think my last ride was with Tarod he was
Polite and helpful , took the covid policy seriously and ask which way l wanted to go.
