A work in progress…

Works fairly well, very slow on loading the interface, especially tracking and bus stop ID. Not much point in having ‘favourite’ stops if you can’t access them without a search…Please give us a favourites tab! Hopefully will improve with timetables and routing.

Update: Thanks for the response- shows you care. The tracking for my bus service is very good.

Thanks for the feedback, it’s really appreciated. We launched with the primary goal of helping to make it easier for you to catch your bus without having to use cash in the COVID situation. We’re working hard on bringing more operators into the app as quickly as possible and as part of that, we have lots of plans for improvements to the customer experience :)

Great when it works

App is fantastic when it decides to work. Have issues where I regularly can't use my ticket because I've "not connected to internet for over 3 days" however am connected to internet when I get this message. Have had this issue a few times and been late to work because I haven't had the money for a ticket because my pass won't work. Map often freezes too.

Would be handy if bus operators could add timetable information to the app.

When will my next bus arrive?

The app is useful at showing where all the vehicles are on a particular route but does not indicate the time it is due and/or expected at my stop.

This would be very useful when multiple routes cover the same portion of my journey.
