A good app.

This app is good as it allows people to know where their bus is. However it doesn’t accept Apple Pay in the app and sometimes the bus location screen can freeze and the bus locations don’t update for about two minutes.
Other than that, it’s a good app.

The myTrip app does accept Apple Pay, if you are having trouble with this please feel free to contact us via the Give Feedback section in the app with the details of the issue you are having. In regards to the bus locations, these update every 30 seconds but this will depend on the signal on your device and the vehicle. Great when it works

App is fantastic when it decides to work. Have issues where I regularly can't use my ticket because I've "not connected to internet for over 3 days" however am connected to internet when I get this message. Have had this issue a few times and been late to work because I haven't had the money for a ticket because my pass won't work. Map often freezes too.

Would be handy if bus operators could add timetable information to the app.

Could do better

This could be such a brilliant app but it is let down by a few things. No details of the bus times or direction of the buses. You can make favourites but there is nowhere you can access these favourites quickly. It says you can plan a journey with expected arrival times but you can’t. Solve these, particularly the first and you have a great app.
