Peppy Health 4+

I have been so lucky to find Peppy through my health care providers Vitality through work.

I have suffered peri menopause and now menopause for the last 4yrs plus with no guidance or help from my GPS at they are not trained enough. I was in such a dark desperate place until I found Peppy. I was helped so quickly.. with a 1-1 on the phone/video call to a lovely practitioner who listened with patience and sympathy she actually understood what I was experiencing I can’t tell you the relief this was alone. The guidance, personal report & printed info provided gave me the confidence I needed to go back to my GP and get the correct HRT I needed to give me back my life. The phone chat and quick response times again is really really so invaluable no waiting days weeks to talk to someone. The team of ladies experienced menopause specialist nurses and practitioners are always just a message away and I can’t thank them enough. I just wish I found them earlier. I hope more companies join Peppy and they become more accessible to all women that need there invaluable help. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart 🥰👏😇

Omg I don’t know where I would be right now if not for Peppy! I was given the wrong (I didn’t know at the time ) HRT advice and patches that were not working my hot flushes were killing me I couldn’t sleep my moods were really low so then I got onto Peppy. Very quickly someone got in touch with me via the messenger. The advice was instant and made total sense. They pin pointed exactly what was wrong made a new (I had never heard of this option) suggestion that sounded perfect for me. I then went to my gp told them what Peppy Said and she totally got on board and wrote me a prescription straight away. I’m two weeks in and the change is unbelievable! My gp thought it would take a month to see a difference but already I now feel like a normal woman. Thank you thank you thank you. I 100% would recommend Peppy to more companies who have female staff! Thank you

I am so delighted to have met Kelly. She is sent from heaven and feels like my new guardian angel. She really understands how 'all this fertility stuff' feels. She is very empathetic which his the key trait that I like in Kelly, but she is always very knowledgeable and professional too. Kelly's manner is perfectly suited to this job after the journey she has been on there is some good to come out of all she's faced with dignity and grace. I am so appreciative and grateful to have Kelly as my 1 to 1 emotional support. I am also delighted with the general Peppy app and service all round. Peppy is an app and business I'd give A* reviews for, thank you for the top notch support. Sadly this can be lacking in the fertility space when people are at their most vulnerable so Kelly and the team are a wonderful antidote to the stress of fertility in general. xx huge thanks
