Ratings and Reviews
A buzzing, family friendly place!
The waitress was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Place was a bit noisy but to be expected with loads of kids about. Pizza great and we didn't have to wait long. Ice-cream factory not as good as I remember - ice cream not as creamy (maybe more water content - melts quicker).
Find a Hut feature still broken
The Find a Hut screen still isn’t fixed, the “Use my location” feature works but typing in the name of a town or postcode still fails to return any results.
I was trying to check the opening times of the Hut at Cribbs Causeway but typing in Bristol, Cribbs Causeway and even BS345DG just returns an error.
If I had to guess they’re using the Google API for lookups and it has been disabled or is exceeding the daily limits. Either way it means I can’t see any Pizza Huts using that app that aren’t right by me!
Useful app
I like the idea of rewards but I’m not that keen on the way they work with this app. You only get 1 point per visit regardless of how much you spend. If you’re a group of 10 spending £200 you still only get 1 point, the same as someone else spending £10. It would be much better if the points went up in relation to the amount you spend.
The app other than that is good, you can book tables, order take away and see the actual menu available at certain locations (not every restaurant carries the same products)
