Use for all our shops, quick and easy to use, benefit from plenty of cashback every month.
Good when it works
This app is very basic for a finance app, but when it’s working it’s pretty simple to use. The problem is, when there are problems (like today, stuck in a login loop), there is no app support & no one to contact to resolve.
This is a carers card. Carers are likely to have to work to pretty tight budgets. To find you suddenly can’t access money put onto the card to cover food bills etc is incredibly stressful
Wish I hadn’t bothered
The whole user experience getting this card set up was painful. Firstly no emails came through so I had to reach out to customer service. The app itself is a mess. Topping up starts at £300 and is in multiples of 10. So to top up £10 you need to tap a button 30 times. Once you’ve added money to the card you can’t transfer it back to your bank as there’s no withdrawal feature.
