Description

Verify that a card issued by CitizenCard or MyIDCard is valid.

Take a photo of any proof of age/photo ID card issued by CitizenCard or MyIDCard in the United Kingdom to quickly check if the card you are shown is genuine and can be trusted.

The app only works for the UK-wide Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) cards issued by MyIDCard and CitizenCard including: CitizenCards, Yoti CitizenCards and Post Office PASS Cards. This app cannot currently validate other PASS cards.

We treat the privacy of our cardholders very seriously. The card and age verification process is robust. No personal details are stored within the app. The app needs an internet connection to work and contacts our servers to verify a cardholder.

What’s happened

This app was brilliant before the update. Now I can not use it what so ever as I can not turn of the light and no there is no toggle button for the light to be switched off. I have an iPhone 8 . This app was important for my job. Can we have a toggle button please

Updated made app useless

Since the recent update they have for some reason messed with the camera settings, good luck trying to get a in focus picture of an ID with the flash on full torch mode and the camera trying to focus 6ft away.

Why they don’t just use the built in camera app is absolutely beyond me, or at least let us take a picture with the normal one and verify it with theirs.
