This is actually great
First I’m not a bot I just really like the discounts you are able to get also I think the mystery boxes is a great idea (that’s when you get 3 random pops for 20£ ) you have potential to get really expensive items. A happy customer
Don’t do it to yourself
I feel this company has good intentions but cannot deliver on anything I have ended up cancelling my orders 5+ pops as I have been waiting 3 months after my delivery date for anything to come yet nothing has come. I contacted support a silly amount of times to be met with the same block text of pushing for dispatch which does absolutely nothing and makes it so they just sit on your money, they also ignore pretty much everything in your support ticket as 6 of my questions I asked were not answered and once again they go back to there block text. They are advertising they have stock and luring in customers to then say they are trying to source stock as the item is out of stock? But then another advisor is saying that it is a problem with dispatch not getting my package out?? It’s just all a bit dodgy. Please don’t do it to yourself and if you want a true representation of the reviews of this app/company go onto Google and search it up to see the true rating and all the unsatisfied customers waiting over a year in some cases to get pops.
good app, horrible customer service
i have been using pop in a box for well over two years; and yes out of my orders that arrived, they all arrived in good condition.
unfortunately pop in a box had HORRIBLE stock management because
1) tell me why i have had a pop preordered for nearly two years for it to only be dispatched NOW when it came out in 2020.
2) i often get emails regarding how “the release date of such and such has been pushed back” yada yada yada.
3) i have JUST gotten an email to tell me that an order has been cancelled and when i go on my account i see that not one but THREE orders that i have had preordered since may have been cancelled due to “the product being no longer available” with the only other compensation being a 30% discount.
all of the funko pops i had preordered were in high demand so when i or others had them preordered, we should be guaranteed the product we waited for without fear of cancellation
if you can’t keep up with such high demand, don’t take more orders than you can stock
