Brilliant app,it let's me keep track of all my credit with Game and all my pre-orders in one place, however it has one downfall, it's apple wallet support leaves a lot to be desired, it either doesn't scan when you're instore or just won't let you add it to your Apple wallet, currently mine is telling me it failed to read pass what ever that may mean, but overall it is a good experience if you are just using the app itself and not the apple wallet features.

My last review was singing the praise of this latest update, but 3 weeks later I’m seeing the true side effects of this revamp. One of my orders vanished with no explanation, so I reordered it only to find the first order still existed. The first order was lost in transit and the second one never shipped, so I requested a refund but yet to receive it. Customer service is a mess and majority offshore due to sheer volume of complaints and they’ve removed their phone number so you can call in, forcing you to live chat and emails.

Once I get my refund (chasing daily till they do), I’m deleting my account with GAME and will never shop there again. This company should have been liquidated years ago, as what remains is an unfocused, unhelpful and greedy business that will do everything to make ends meet.

Glad they added the ability to shop through the app, got annoying transferring to the browser all the time, and has actually been better since the rewards stopped cause of how easy it is to use, though ngl i will miss the feeling of splurging all £20 of my rewards points on an item that was never a game, did buy a few games from there but its just fun memories really. The app is nicely laid out and easy to use, makes using it a heck of a lot nicer/easier than the website with the janky search bar
