Beggars belief as to how bad this app actually is. Completely, utterly, consistently useless and frustrating. Won’t open, freezes, does not recognise your details. Asks you to enter details you probably don’t have to hand and then won’t process them. Asks you for the answer to your secret question without offering a hint or clue as to what the question is. Only gives £15 top up without any apparent way to enter what you really want. On top of all that when you finish and log out it asks you to register all over again when you try to log on again. Paranoid? I don’t think so. Best do what I’m going to do, just get another supplier.
Face ID login not quite right
I’ve just downloaded the app. Nice to see Face ID activated. However, when I start the app, it takes my Face ID and seems as if it’s logging in. However it then goes to the login/register page. I need to close the app & start again. Second time it takes my Face ID and logs in to the home page correctly. This has happened all 3 times I’ve logged in. I’m using an iPhone 11 on iOS 13.3. Is anyone aware of this issue? Otherwise, it seems easy to use with screens just as in the web based version.

Totally useless app
As others have already stated this “app” appears to have been compiled by someone on day release. It just does not work. Face ID? Does not work. Sign out and try again? Re-enter everything to discover it still does not work. This has been pointed out to Power NI on numerous occasions. Their response ? Thanks for letting us know, please contact us!! Or pay as a “guest”. To think that my debit card details are held by these clowns. All we want is an app to be able to buy a top up and one that works consistently and swiftly. But Power NI just can’t seem to manage this simple task.
