Prenatal Workout Subscription Details:
You'll be given the choice between the Monthly Membership for USD $7.99 per month or the 6-month or Annual Membership for $29.99. Price may vary by location. Choose a plan before you start your 7-day free trial. If you enjoy your Prenatal Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue. You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.

Apple Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. I love this app immediately. Its given me the confidence to be in the gym without the guilt or the price tag of a PT.

Obviously you still have to be aware of your own limitations. It doesn't give direction in regard to specific positioning i.e. Shoulders over wrists knees in line with hips etc- therefore 4 stars not 5. I believe you need some prior knowledge to avoid potential injuries.

But overall I think it's a great guide to work out that keeps you and your baby safe and healthy!

I love the simplicity of this app and how it adapts to each week of pregnancy. At only 20 mins a day I’m finding it easy to fit in with toddler life too! I started at 29 weeks pregnant (I’m fairly fit anyway) and am already feeling like my legs are stronger (not getting stuck when crouching anymore!) would definitely recommend.
Great customer service too... was emailed back the same day with a query I had.

Simple yet effective

Each workout is 20 minutes long, and before each exercise there is a preview, so you don’t have to look at the screen the whole time.
The animation is very well done, so you know exactly what you are meant to do. You can also turn the voice coach on for further instructions.
