EASY TO FOLLOW: STRUCTURED & GUIDED WORKOUTS

All our programs are fully structured and guided by Jack.

Strength workouts feature high quality exercise demos and tutorials giving you full confidence in your form. They include rest timers, weight guidance and weight logging so you can track your progress.

Choose from more than one cardio method, whether you want to hit the road or stay inside and do one of Jack’s ever popular anti-HIIT bodyweight circuits. You’ll be guided on the length and intensity of your workouts to match your current fitness and improve your aerobic fitness steadily over time.

Follow along mobility routines are embedded in your weekly program and you’ll also find short ad hoc routines for those moments you need some extra movement: such as after prolonged sitting or when you first wake up.

PRGRM is free to download. Ongoing use requires a subscription to one of our premium plans, billed monthly, quarterly or annually. Customers who choose the annual billing cycle are eligible for a 7 day trial period. Unless cancelled or auto-renew is turned off 24 hours before the next billing date or 7-day trial end, you will be billed automatically after every payment period to renew your plan

The BEST fitness app out there

I have been following Jack for a while now and I find him to be one of the most insightful and competent trainers I know.

This app is full of incredible resources for a well-rounded training tackling strength, conditioning and mobility and is suitable to all levels. In addition, all programs are updated periodically to ensure that routines are not repetitive and can keep you motivated as you progress along your fitness journey.

Theres a lot of flexibility embedded in all programs (the app will ask if you have access to certain types of machine/equipment and will adapt the exercises depending on your answer). It’s also easy to switch in and out of different programs in case you need to adjust your workout schedule (e.g. you need to reduce/increase the number of training days per week). Moreover, one specific program is entirely thought for home workouts using resistance bands and/or bodyweight, allowing for even more flexibility whenever you don’t have access to a gym.

The pricing is absolutely sensible and surprisingly generous when compared to a standard gym subscription and/or PT sessions.

Can’t recommend it enough.

All round body work out

Amazing all round body workout. From day one you can see where this program is going to take you.

PGRM will guide you day by day on each exercise with video tutorials, you will learn how to lift, how much to lift, how to breath, body posture, etc… with all these, plus a 5 star customer service where Jack and Cindy will always be there to support you, in no time, you will feel fitter, stronger and on the right path to achieve your physical and psychological goals.

I’m on my 6th month, my body has transformed already, I am excited to see where PRGM is going to take me!

Good app but..

So far a good app, also following Jack since long probably one of the best in explaining the exercises.
Few things about the app, is really slow and not so responsive. When for example it ask you a question about if you have certain equipment the app frozen on a black screen or only showing the question and can’t answer so you need to go out and in again. On the cardio day with the countdown timer if you go out of the app when you come back the timer start again. Also if you start the workout you can’t go on main page to see what coming next. If they fix those problems then is a 5 star app.
