Q-Park Rewards 4+

Great app. Easy to set up your cards. The cashback gets paid within a couple of weeks by bacs transfer. I’ve earned £130 in 12 months. I’ve not had any transactions rejected. They had a couple of months where transactions sat in pending but I emailed them and they said there was technical problems. It was corrected a few weeks later and been working since.
Don’t know what everyone on the reviews is moaning about. They stopped the free parking years ago.

Firstly, the ticket I receive every day at the q park states that if I scan my ticket on the app, the 6th visit is free. There is nowhere to scan the ticket on the app. I notice that this was reported via reviews back in Feb and it is now October! Why hasn’t this been sorted out? Also, I still have payments pending from over a month ago. Again, judging from previous reviews, these problems have been going on for a long time. Not a very good service from q park.

Hello. All car parks should have the correct adverts on their tickets. If a site is accidentally using old stock then please can you email rewards@q-park.com and let us know which car park so we can get this rectified. Pending transactions take 35 days to clear, with the exception of Debenhams who take 90 days.

Having used QPark’s a fair bit recently I’d seen posters up in many of their sites (and indeed on the back of tickets) suggesting that the 6th stay would be free... I’ve finally got round to downloading the app and spent an age trying to work out how to scan in tickets to see that this functionality is actually no longer available. So indeed the misleading advertising at almost every Qpark, and the back of tickets should be removed.

It’s disappointing as a new customer to have been lured in with an offer that doesn’t exist, but reading some of the other reviews where you’ve simply wiped the rewards is not on.

Apple, do the right thing - don’t be associated with these crooks for now!
