It’s a great idea, and it does pay out when you get to £10. However the amount of surveys available is very low. It’s also very frustrating when you get all the way to the end of a survey to be told you aren’t right for this survey! Surely answering the questions before that point is the survey itself! So why no payout? This has happened to me on numerous occasions now, and is very frustrating when you spend 15 minutes completing the survey to be told you aren’t suitable. To me, it feels like the people asking for surveys to be done use your results anyway, but say you aren’t suitable so they don’t have to pay you. Not exactly fair. If this was sorted I would give a higher score.

I was quite annoyed at this even though i managed to get £10 first time round the second time round i was at £9 and i have been waiting over three days and more for surveys, but my surveys have been glitching and recently there were no surveys available. The first time i got the £10 was brilliant but the second time lacked i havent even reached £10 yet, the lack of surveys are low it always said to me that there is no survey available and im near to the £10 im very annoyed and impatient on how long this is taking. Every morning i always check since that incident happened but still “no survey available at the moment come back later” PLEASE fix this i hate to waste my time and wait more than a week when i am close to reaching the £10.Please fix add more surveys.

Would give 0 stars if possible.I put my time into answering the surveys and finally built up enough to get a reward. When I claimed it however, I was told I was not accurate or attentive enough to get the reward. I asked numerous times what made them think that and they finally gave a vague response that for security purposes I can’t know. I therefore requested my answers be deleted as I no longer consented to the company having/using them and they said they already sold them (even though they were apparently poor quality) so it is not in their hands anymore. Basically, they got the data by promising a reward, sold it for their gain then didn’t give the reward due to apparent issues of quality (though if there were quality issues they shouldn’t sell it, implying it is just an excuse).

I’ve been using this app almost every day for two weeks now. The standard default payment for completing a survey is only 50p, which is a lot less that I have been led to believe looking at the reviews online. If you’re only doing a three minute survey then perhaps 50p is fair. However a few of the surveys I have done have been over 50 questions taking more than 45 minutes to complete and in this instance the 50p reward is not worth the paper it’s written on. I’ll try the app for a few more days but at this rate I’m going to give up very soon as it’s not worth my time or effort
