Description
With the Quilter app, you can:
• go paperless and view your documents online
• view valuations and performance
• check if a transaction has gone through, including money paid in and out
• keep your personal details up to date (such as your email address and security information)
• carry out simple instructions, such as switches, plus top up your ISA or Collective Investment Account.
For customers already registered for Quilter’s online Customer Centre, you can use the same login details you use when accessing the online Customer Centre.
We have designed our app using the latest security features to protect your investments and for your peace of mind.
This app is for Quilter platform customers only. It is not currently available for Quilter Cheviot, Quilter Investors, Quilter Financial Planning, or Quilter Financial Advisers.
The importance of financial advice:
We always recommend you seek financial advice before making changes to your investments, for example, when adding or withdrawing money and when changing your investment choice.

What’s New
Version 2.5.533
This update introduces the option to subscribe to push notifications for important product updates and receive alerts when new documents are available for viewing. Additionally, it includes service improvements for Quilter pension holders.

Struggling, as in a lengthy process to access my account via web link I can now get spontaneous access by using finger print recognition.

Super interface
Took some time for me to get the app but so pleased I have . Since doing that I feel so much more informed than before .
I don’t mind working via an advisor / 3 rd party in connection with my account with quilter but I do prefer to have instant access and so the ability to mull things over about decisions I want to make or think about .
The platform access is quite easy to navigate once familiar with it , and seems very safe and secure , which is fundamentally very important to maintain confidence .

A really well implemented App with simply & nicely presented top level info & far more lower-level & then highly detailed stuff than I’d have expected.
Brilliant! It’s also very responsive & easy to use - a fine example of what an app should be like in every way.
Others should aspire to this while hopefully Quilter will resist the aspiration to ‘make improvements’ whilst simultaneously ruining it.
Let the others do that guys!
