Looks Epic
I've been praying for Europa Universallis to hit the App Store and it looks like I might have the next best thing until the blessed day that it actually arrives!
I've done one of the tutorials on my iPhone 6S but the interface is just too much to sit and play on a small screen. Need to invest in a more up to date iPad.
I do like what I've tried.
Trying to load games doesn't work. I tried to continue on an auto save and it just hangs and then eventually reverts back to selecting a game type instead of letting you continue where you left off.
Worth it if it can work but...
...but my iPad mini 2 runs this game fine and I haven't had any problems at all, no glitches, little bit of lag every 5 minutes or so, but on the whole working fine.
I bought this game half an hour ago, and I've really enjoyed trying to restore the border of the USSR , bit of an odd thing to say, I know, but this game is a great political, grand strategy game and I really hope that other developers like paradox try and do this as I think this game has made a big leap for mobile game as it is bringing games that are primarily a PC platform kind of game and bringing it to the mobile devices (some of them if it works) where you can sit down on the bus and continue nuking the hell out of whoever you might be at war with.
I would love more grand strategy games like this, like HOI4( doubt it but would love it) and the like EU4( which I haven't played but love to try) I really think that Jujubee have done a great job here considering it almost a one of a kind on the App Store where a game has this much content and thought and strategy in one app where you don't get anything really to the same standard or style as this.
If you read this I recommend buying it like I also said, I have an iPad mini2 and it works , but I was risking it but it worked so maybe it will work for you, but hopefully you meet the requirements and get to play this for yourselves.
Won't work on my iPad 4
I'm trying to save up for a PC so I can play this game and a few others so you can imagine how excited I was when I saw it on here, unfortunately when I try to start a new game on my iPad 4 the game just crashes to home screen, seems to work fine on my IPhone SE but the screen is too small and it strains my eyes trying to play it, would appreciate it if anyone knows a fix for this problem.
