Description
This is the partner app to the Therapist / Professional Rehabilitation Tool Rehab Guru.
Using Rehab Guru Client you can view your exercise training program, provide feedback on pain and wellness as well as track your progress. The app has High Definition video and images to assist correct technique and help you recover and achieve your goals much faster.
Rehab Guru Client uses Apple HealthKit to access health data from your iOS device.
Reminders can be set to perform your exercises, by time / day. To use this feature the app needs permission for Push Notifications.

Hi, thanks for the review. We do have a notes section on each exercise where you add the Weight, Rep, Set and Pain / Wellness. These notes are reported to the clinician, so I wonder if you are asking to have your own notes / journal section. We’d love to hear more, please email us on team@rehabguru.com. Dragging Physio into the 21st Century
I was prescribed a Rehab Guru programme after an operation on my back. I was discharged from hospital with some overly photocopied low quality exercise sheets which didn’t inspire me at all!
With Rehab Guru I can see videos, track my progress and remain motivated. I’m very impressed with the App and team which have made it available to my physio, who prescribed my programme in about 5 minutes.
Good app but…
It’s a good app, gives clear instructions on what to do, but I’d love a set counter and a stopwatch that’s built into the app.
