Description
REMOTE can be used to report all of your community safety concerns to your housing provider. Alongside your incident report, you can seamlessly capture audio, photo, and video evidence to support further investigations.
Once an investigation has been established, direct two-way communication can be conducted between you and your housing provider.

I scanned my housing provider’s QR code and duly filled out the forms to create an account.
When it came to signing in however, I couldn’t and get “invalid login attempt”. Tried to log in via Face ID and separately with my password but it’s not happening.
I’ve tried deleting the app and starting over but nothing works and so as far as I’m concerned it’s utterly useless.
