Description
Reportable gives residents of subscribing organisations a simple way to capture anti-social behaviour and report it safely and securely to your Local Authority or Housing Association. Reportable is a smart tool for professionals investigating complaints about anti-social behaviour and makes it easier for everyone involved to resolve them. The app will allow the user to report the event with photograph evidence, GPS readings, date and time stamps, so that they can be investigated quickly.

Version 6.2
We've made a few small improvements to the general usability of Reportable to solve technical issues raised by users through Customer Services, as well as adding new features:
The inclusion of the 'Accessibility statement' button in the app. This enables app users to access the statement directly.
Fixes to improve how the screen reader announces the App screens.
Enhancements to enable accessible larger texts for users that benefit from this feature.
Resolution to display Comments field for older devices that were not correctly showing.
Performance improvements to ensure the diary page responds well and quickly.
Fix to enable all users to have the option of using the GPS Map for address plotting.
Minor updates to the app to support Workflows.

Ratings and Reviews
Slow
For what seems to be quite simple functionality the app takes forever to load up and be responsive which is annoying when you’re trying to report something in real time using the map pin. Also drains the battery quite a bit as well.

No point as you report and they do nothing or just fob you off, total waste of time and resources like other things

App is rubbish, the anti social behaviour team is more than rubbish. In summary, complete rubbish!
