This app is very poor as it is hardly focused on providing customer service/after sales support. Focused only on generating sales. No options to view your online orders, request returns etc. When clicking to view your account, the only option is to only to log out of it! Same goes for their website, cannot view online orders request returns etc. Tells you login when your already logged in! Then when you do login, the page refreshes back to the login page!
