Very intermittent functionality

Uploaded the App a month ago and since then the basic function of checking how your fund is performing is regularly unavailable for days on end and I’m asked to ring a number to find out out what the fund status is! And as there are so few other functions on the app it’s hard to see the point of it.

Easy to use and with regular useful updates

It doesn’t need to do much but what it does do it does well. I like the links to pension related articles.
What would be really nice is for the “you’re due to retire” countdown to include days, hours and minutes! - or at least days as well as months and years

Thank you for your feedback.

Good start. Long way to go.

Shows you the basics, and much easier to use than the online login system which feels like it is from the 90s! But need to be able to see more detail, fund weighting’s and individual fund performance.

Unbelievable that it doesn’t have the option to remember your email address at least let alone touch or face ID. Needs to be brought into the 21st century from that point of view, if you want to login in regularly then typing 50+ characters for email and password is a chore!

Developer Response ,

Hi There,
Thank you for your feedback. We are introducing biometric and email-less logon in our next release targeted for the end of May and the app will be evolving further with new features in the pipeline for release this year.
