Delivery of medication

I have been so impressed with the Royal Mail pharmacy to you service. It’s quick and efficient and takes the stress away from me. I would add though- when they’ve been out of stock of my medication, I haven’t been informed. So I’ve waited for delivery and then had to put in an emergency prescription later than usual, meaning my medication was late (which could cause serious problems). We should be informed if you can’t get hold of the medication. Other than that, I’m happy and have rated the service 4 stars

First time great, second time not

The first time I used this app it was seamless, so much easier than waiting in the queue’s in chemists with the ‘methadone Mick’s’.
I set up the notification for the repeat and completed the same way, the prescription was pending for over a week and was not with my doctor despite it saying it would be within 2 working days, so I cancelled and repeated the order. 4 working days later it was still pending, I gave it another day only to find I could not access the app due to ‘an error in timeout issues’, so I deleted the app and reloaded it only to find it would not recognise my details, so I tried to re-sign only to have a stumbling block with the question ‘how did you hear about us?’ But my iPad wouldn’t let me complete this part therefore could not go any further! It is a shame because it worked great, then for no reason stopped functioning altogether, now deleted.

Poorly designed and buggy app

The repeat prescription service itself seems to work well. However, this app is appalling. The only function that it seems to provide reasonably successfully is minimal tracking of the order fulfilment.

If this app is installed on multiple devices (e.g. an iPhone and an iPad) then signing in on one device signs out from all others. This makes it a real pain to use. Even when signed in it takes an extremely long time for the app to start and be usable. It also doesn’t support landscape orientation on an iPad.

The app generates a notification every week saying that it is time to re-order, despite having just fulfilled an order and the re-order interval being set to 28 days. This makes the reminders both useless and annoying.

It is not possible to delete a reminder. It just generates an incomprehensible error message:
“Delete Reminders Error - 7004. Delete Reminder. An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details.”

It isn’t even possible to place an order via this app. It just says to contact the GP surgery directly, so the NHS app has to be used instead.

Complete waste of time.
