Unable to see rota.

While on the Home Screen when loading the app it will show me my next working shift, as soon as I go to the rota segment in the application, all I get is the spinning buffering wheel of doom!Connection not an issue, 4g/5g/wifi - onsite or off site of company worked for using the system it will not load my rota.Even after deleting and redownloading or vary to an older week to view past shift, the wheel of doom keeps spinning.

Would be great if home screen widgets became an option, so i can see my next shift easily without having to open the app. That or push notifications for shift changes/heads up I.E. 2 hours until your next shift.These sort of things would be very useful to hospitality workers where rota’s are constantly changing and none of us are ever really sure what days it is on account of the odd hours. 😂

Have iPhone 13 so shouldn’t be an issue but for a shift I’m not on rotation for I cannot tap on the bottom icon to confirm I want to start the shift because it’s below the page . I cannot tap see the top of the icon but I can’t click it
