S4 Connect 4+

While on the Home Screen when loading the app it will show me my next working shift, as soon as I go to the rota segment in the application, all I get is the spinning buffering wheel of doom!
Connection not an issue, 4g/5g/wifi - onsite or off site of company worked for using the system it will not load my rota.
Even after deleting and redownloading or vary to an older week to view past shift, the wheel of doom keeps spinning.

Apologies for any frustration. Our support team are open 7 days a week and will help resolve any issues. Once your rota is published by your manager it is available to view. Can we ask you call the support desk on 01295 252353 and they will help

Would be great if home screen widgets became an option, so i can see my next shift easily without having to open the app. That or push notifications for shift changes/heads up I.E. 2 hours until your next shift.

These sort of things would be very useful to hospitality workers where rota’s are constantly changing and none of us are ever really sure what days it is on account of the odd hours. 😂

Thank you for your feedback! We are adding push notifications in addition to the current in app notifications over the next couple of months! We will let you know when they are available

Staff cannot see where temporary transfers are at, and think the shifts are at their home site when they’re not

Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to let you know, the team can see what site their shift is scheduled for, when they click on the shift or rota. It lets the team know what role they are scheduled for and where the shift is taking place. If you have any other questions please let us know.
