- Children can be linked to multiple parent or guardian accounts
- Reset your details, including email address, password and billing information
Please note: some app functions are dependent on the choices of individual schools. Not all schools will use all the facilities described above.
It would be helpful to be able to move money between the different wrap around care pots myself rather than have to email my child’s school asking them to do so.It would also be good if you could see one calendar of all wrap around care you have booked rather than having to check breakfast club then afterschool club then holiday club.

Would be great if it didn't glitch so regularly, it's not complicated , but there's always issues, not loading, can't update..... painful! Just want my kids to have money on for their lunches! Simple

You cant save your card You can’t see your number of your card while entering it and you can’t scroll the page up either to see it. You can’t delete it and reinput your card number which is really strange and you can’t press back because you need to start again and go back to adding money to the club and then going to the basket. Serious work is required in my opinion. It’s made with the end user not in mind. Apple Pay and / or Google pay would be preferable over card details. I appreciate it’s free etc and to make it better would cost money but I would happily pay £1 to buy the app for it work properly. Btw I’m using the latest version of the app. I’m sorry if this sounds rough but I have spent 15 minutes trying to add funds and I’m about to switch to the website that is slightly better
