In-App Purchase Terms
When you subscribe to a plan through the ServiceM8 app, payment will be charged to your Apple ID on a recurring monthly basis. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in the ServiceM8 app in More > Settings > ServiceM8 Account. Any unused portion of your free trial is forfeited after purchase.

Awesome
Awesome app although one mega big big bear is that you can not upload picture from the phone to the job, you have to take the pictures with the app, this in turn does not put the pictures in your phone library.
Need to have pictures in both for easy traceability when on the road , so end up spending time in the office transferring pictures from my phone to my pc and then to the desktop version of Service m8.
Otherwise it’s a great system and love it

Great to hear ServiceM8 is working for your business, good news - You can upload photos directly from your phone photo library if you need to.
To attach a photo from your photo library, open the job you wish to attach the image to, open the job actions menu at the top right of screen, and the press-and-hold on the camera button, this will show you a menu where you can choose to attach existing photos from your library.

Amazing app !!!
Found Servicem8 by pure chance when looking at apps like Joblogic, Commusoft etc.. none of which I was thrilled with but knew I needed to invest in some field management software soon or get left behind. I found ServiceM8 at that last minute by pure chance wow was I impressed. It’s a million times more user friendly, than any other apps I tried and the price structure suits me better than any other company. I’ve been using it for 6 month now and it’s transformed my business, the built in engineer tracking, job sheets, payment reminders, notifications, customer database is everything I need and it’s soooi simple to use, even my staff love it. No jobs gets missed anymore, no invoices get missed, I can see how many jobs have been completed each day and the live feed is really good so i know what everyone’s doing. Honestly can’t review this software enough, I just hope that all my competitors don’t stumble upon it!!!
Fully of bugs that they can’t even fix
Started off well for 1 week. Had around 15 clients on our test run. Then it suddenly dropped off. We had a client message us to ask what’s going on as she’s filled in the form and made the payment which has come out of her account. We looked on serviceM8 and nothing. No details at-all. We then looked at stripe and could see a large number of payments spreading out 6 to 7 days. They are customers that have filed in the form with there details, made payments and will be expecting us to arrival.
How are we supposed to arrive when we have no details? No names, addresses or contact info? No notification.
We contacted support and IAN who is rude as hell and has no idea what’s going on, completely ignored our email that explains the problem and insisted on us sending the clients log number! How are we supposed to do that when it’s no recording it? His then asked for screenshots of the stripe payment information which we did thinking his now listing.. but no.. his gone on to explain we have to wait 3/5 working day to receive the payment!

2. We turn over 250k a year and well aware of how a payment provider works.
The issue is you are letting people fill on the booking form, make payment and then not passing on the details. We have had to refund everything and will now be expecting a flood of bad reviews! Look elsewhere
